Animals are currently shipped via UPS or FedEx overnight by 10:30am. Shipping is conducted Monday-Wednesday only. Temperatures must be between 55-95 degrees. Hot or cold packs will be used when necessary. Other shipping terms requested by the customer will void live arrival guarantee.

Shipping costs are included in the price of the animal unless otherwise stated. Animals are guaranteed for live arrival. Any dead-on-arrivals (DOAs) must be called in immediately (within 30 minutes of arrival) and proof of the DOA will be required for a full refund or replacement animal.

Any concerns regarding animal health or shipping mishaps must be brought forward to Denise Soden within the first 24 hours upon arrival. All shipments must be signed for on the first attempt for delivery. Failure to sign for delivery on the first attempt will void the above agreement.

Full contracts for all animals will be written by Denise Soden and agreed upon by both parties before shipment of an animal occurs.

Accepted payment methods include personal check or money orders. Payments through personal check will not be applied towards the balance until the check has cleared. PayPal will only be accepted on individual arrangement.

Payment plans are available with a 20% non-refundable fee, with the remaining balanced paid in full within 30 days of the initial payment. These payment plans must be agreed upon by both parties and included in the animal’s contract before the first payment is placed. After 20% non-refundable fee is received by Denise Soden, the animal specified in the contract will be placed on hold. Failure to pay the remaining balance within 30 days will void the contract and the animal will be placed for sale.

Sales are only available to residents of the continental United States. Must be 18 or older, or  have written permission from parent or guardian. Denise Soden Boas has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
